You may pay by PayPal below. Please select the ORT 3 tests if you are testing all three odors. Otherwise choose the payment method for the number of tests registered. Once payment is completed you will be registered.

If you wish to pay by check please send the check to NEWK9 Scent Work LLC, 3226 Highland View Lane, Green Bay WI 54311. You are not registered until the check is received and we have confirmed registration by email (info@newk9scentwork.com).

If you use PayPal your receipt will be verification of your registration. If you mail a check you will receive an email from info@newk9scentwork.com verifying registration.
